1. I hope the department can be a little more united.

The salary and benefits are much better than at my previous job, and there are free massages (during working hours), which are much needed by those who work in an office.
Colleagues get along well.
The boss and managers are open-minded and willing to give employees room to perform. Work discussions do not involve emotional remarks.
Parking around here is extremely troublesome. It is difficult even for scooters to find parking spaces, and it is even more difficult if you drive. Finding a parking spot is very difficult. Sometimes even renting a parking space is not easy, so commuting is genuinely inconvenient.

Supervisors and the boss are generally respectful toward employees, with few emotional remarks, and the work environment is good.
It’s fine for newcomers or those looking to gain some experience, but don’t expect much in terms of promotion here. Supervisors will only talk to you about what you should do for the company, not how working here could benefit your life. Simply put, you’re treated as a tool. That’s why you’ll see colleagues coming and going very frequently, while they’ll only tell you it’s due to “changes in company policy.” At the company’s monthly meetings, there may be topics such as “Can we ask the boss questions?” but it’s really just fake democracy and fake openness; in practice, they screen the questions, and not every question gets answered.
Working hours are flexible. Basically, once you finish your assigned work, you can use the rest of your time as you wish.
The employee benefits are quite good. Each quarter, the company allocates funds for employees to use or organizes activities for them to participate in. It also provides paid afternoon tea, free breakfast, and occasional snacks.

The company’s policies and direction change quite frequently, which means constantly having to adapt to new work content.

1. Supervisors lack decision-making ability
2. Current employees worry about layoffs. Performing well is considered normal, while performing slightly poorly means getting ready to go home and fend for yourself. Because of revenue concerns, layoffs and hiring are constantly used to make the reports show “different” results. Applicants should carefully consider whether they might become a sacrificial victim in this cycle of beautifying the reports.
The salary is at least NT$30,000 or more.
The average age of colleagues is around 26–30, and almost everyone is easy to get along with.
A chef prepares free breakfast and paid afternoon tea items every day. They are very delicious!
The company office is very beautiful, with an industrial-style design. It is also very spacious, spanning two floors, with an open-plan environment similar to the one in the film The Intern.

The company’s policies are constantly changing; it is an everyday occurrence.
Since the recent change in decision-makers, the benefits have changed quite a bit from when I first joined. However, compared with many other companies in the same industry, they may still be somewhat better.
Pros: An excellent open work environment, above-average employee benefits, and harmonious relationships among colleagues.
Cons: Things are often done based on intuition, so there is not much to learn.
