Working hours are flexible. Basically, once you finish your assigned work, you can use the rest of your time as you wish.
The employee benefits are quite good. Each quarter, the company allocates funds for employees to use or organizes activities for them to participate in. It also provides paid afternoon tea, free breakfast, and occasional snacks.
Most colleagues are young and communicative, and the atmosphere is quite harmonious.
The office is quite beautiful.
The company’s policies and direction change quite frequently, which means constantly having to adapt to new work content.
The employee turnover rate is high. The company says it is downsizing, yet it continues to open new positions.
You really, really, really need to be passionate about and interested in mobile games! Otherwise, you will quickly become very fatigued from work, as the entire game will take over your daily life.
There are not enough toilets.
