The colleagues are all pretty nice.
The boss is like a lunatic…
They’re very good at taking their anger out on employees.
They also give instructions in a very disorganized way.
They really love boasting about being some kind of PhD.
Please.

The boss is crazy… run…
Can't think of any.
The boss will throw a helpless tantrum and then frantically blame everything and everyone 👍
All I can say is, the employees have it tough.
None
Absolutely terrible.
1. The boss doesn’t understand anything, is very problematic, and has a severe superiority complex.
2. They love making “huh-huh” sounds when talking and are very fond of psychologically manipulating employees.
3. They are extremely prone to making relentless phone calls, even when some things would be much clearer in a message (and they themselves forget what they said).
4. The boss loves repeatedly changing task requirements without any self-reflection, leaving you completely confused, and will keep asking whether you understand what they are saying (they claim that everything they say is the key point, but in fact, it isn’t).
5. The boss often gives unclear instructions for work tasks, their ideas are very vague, and they are unsuitable for being a leader (yet they are extremely self-righteous).
I can only hope that a company like this will stop harming capable employees!

No advantages whatsoever
Shitty job
Colleagues are easy to get along with
Making suggestions makes people think you have too many problems
Completely impossible to communicate
No clocking in required; colleagues (up to five people) are easy to get along with (though people come and go, so I don’t know whether the employees will still be the same group when you start working there. Anyway, everyone stays for at most about a year~
1. The boss doesn’t want to spend money hiring more employees and just talks about the “elite workforce policy” every day = =
One person has to do the work of two or more people. As long as you don’t refuse, the boss will keep testing your limits and continually increase your workload without limit. But as soon as you show even the slightest resistance, the boss will relentlessly diss you afterward.
2. The boss thinks they’re easy to communicate with, but in reality they’re completely unable to listen to other people’s opinions. On the surface, they say: “If there are any problems, feel free to bring them up and we can discuss them together.” But afterward, during one-on-one meetings, they will relentlessly interrogate you. If the interrogation doesn’t work, they’ll start nitpicking and insist on finding fault with you.
3. The boss never tells you anything, but when they’re in a bad mood, they’ll yell at you (they’re seriously nuts). They’ll also deliberately withhold all information and watch you run around busy by yourself, waiting for you to make a mistake so they can scold you = =
4. The boss doesn’t keep their word and loves making after-the-fact criticisms.
5. The boss loves taking out their anger on employees (especially people in the administrator position).
6. The boss loves talking badly about employees behind their backs.
7. The boss doesn’t like employees becoming too close.
8. Damn, the boss is seriously sick in the head. Everyone is just waiting for their turn to be targeted. If you only see this review after you’ve already joined, all I can do is send you a QQ.
I can't think of any for now
The boss constantly hiccups at work
A 10-combo streak is no problem
No clocking in or out required
There is only one person responsible for software development
The framework used is quite obscure in Taiwan
The version in use is very outdated
Therefore, the Java version used is also very old
The supervisor is not familiar with web development
but still interferes with how things are done
Friends who do not yet have much experience in the software development industry
should consider this carefully
None
The logic is very strange
Only speed is required, not quality
But you will still be blamed when problems arise
The work is quite miscellaneous
None
They are not professionals in the relevant fields, yet they interfere with and direct the development techniques of professionals
If employees do not follow unprofessional technical guidance, they are easily disappointed in and distrustful of the employees
They are unwilling to communicate directly with employees and prefer to discuss them behind their backs
They do not want employees to communicate with one another
They do not ask people from the relevant fields to handle work handovers, and also prefer to personally handle handovers in fields they have never studied
They like to follow established documents, saving themselves the need to think and avoiding having to accept new ideas
No advantages
One person has to take on multiple roles
Difficult to communicate
Equipment, systems, and technology are inadequate
Unable to accept employees’ suggestions
There is no future for career development
The office environment is uncomplicated.
Communication is difficult
The workload is heavy and planning is inefficient
You cannot offer too many suggestions or opinions
Taking leave for personal reasons is quite difficult
Employees have limited exposure to technical work
There is little sense of teamwork
Career development prospects should be carefully considered
