Absolutely terrible.

1. The boss doesn’t understand anything, is very problematic, and has a severe superiority complex.

2. They love making “huh-huh” sounds when talking and are very fond of psychologically manipulating employees.

3. They are extremely prone to making relentless phone calls, even when some things would be much clearer in a message (and they themselves forget what they said).

4. The boss loves repeatedly changing task requirements without any self-reflection, leaving you completely confused, and will keep asking whether you understand what they are saying (they claim that everything they say is the key point, but in fact, it isn’t).

5. The boss often gives unclear instructions for work tasks, their ideas are very vague, and they are unsuitable for being a leader (yet they are extremely self-righteous).

I can only hope that a company like this will stop harming capable employees!
