Despite the logic being significantly inconsistent with the information stated in the listing, when asked about specific job duties, the interviewer responded unpleasantly and demanded that I verify them myself on the job-search website, showing no willingness to provide additional information or confirm the details during the interview.
2. The interviewer was arrogant and disrespectful toward the interviewee.
Only the interior decoration and appearance were barely acceptable. Other issues included the interviewer not reading the applicant’s résumé beforehand, being unwilling to provide further explanations of the job duties, and displaying a hostile attitude—in short, various disrespectful behaviors toward the interviewee.
In conclusion, it is absolutely not worth wasting your time going there.
Newly renovated environment
They pick out flaws in your résumé and criticize you, judging your life. For example: “You’re already in your thirties, and although your two most recent jobs on your résumé both lasted two years, please tell us what other types of work you’ve done,” and then they criticize you for not being the kind of employee who can stay committed. (If the workplace environment at those other jobs had been good, would I have needed to stop working there after just two or three months, rather than continuing to hurt each other? A little common sense would tell you that if Taiwan’s workplaces were really that good to stay in, there wouldn’t be so many disposable-chopstick employees—tens or hundreds of millions of them. This isn’t the old days, when a boss would take care of an employee until they were in their fifties.) The main point is that as soon as you enter the company, it’s full of young women. It clearly doesn’t look like the kind of company or job where someone would stay for over a decade, yet they mock interviewees for being unstable and having high turnover. Looking at how young the company’s employees are, they don’t look like people who have worked here for over a decade either—talk about contradicting themselves. They use their own subjective ideas to judge an interviewee’s life experience, which leaves a terrible impression.

When recruiting at first, they said they would provide resources and regularly adjust salaries and promotions, among other things. But after joining, none of that happened.
When I asked why it was different from what had originally been promised, they said the company was not making money, that the salary they were paying was already very generous, and so on.
The bonus system was the same. They set standards at the beginning, but after those standards were met, they tried every possible way to nitpick and make deductions, or raised the standards midway through.
The annual leave system and various other payments were unclear or frequently handled incorrectly. If you did not ask for annual leave yourself, they would pretend it did not exist—the same applied to the bonuses mentioned above.
During the first few months, my salary was even paid incorrectly and differed from the amount originally agreed upon. If I had not raised the issue, they probably would have simply treated the pay cut as accepted. Extremely disappointing.
