The boss simply doesn’t want you to close deals. Every case is blocked at every turn, with endless nitpicky excuses. Things salespeople aren’t allowed to do, he can do. Even when negotiations are in place and you can arrange for the seller to sign the contract, he still gets in the way. Don’t work for a company that blocks your path to earning a living.

A work environment where you can earn a lot of money: With the various resources provided by the company and my personal efforts, before the end of this year, my annual salary has already reached NT$6 million.
There are many clients, and combined with the shortage of staff, there is relatively little time for chatting during work. Therefore, people who want to slack off or who cannot work hard are not suitable for this job. However, for those who genuinely want to earn a lot of money, it is an excellent opportunity.

1. Small staff. The boss considers the company’s database complete, but in reality resources are scarce and the system is extremely difficult to use.
2. Employees are not enrolled in labor and health insurance starting from their first day of work, and they are completely unaware of this. After working for one week, if the boss thinks an employee is not competent, they are told to leave that same day and are paid in cash. The punch-in records (time card) are held by the boss, making it impossible to report the issue.
