1. Small staff. The boss considers the company’s database complete, but in reality resources are scarce and the system is extremely difficult to use.
2. Employees are not enrolled in labor and health insurance starting from their first day of work, and they are completely unaware of this. After working for one week, if the boss thinks an employee is not competent, they are told to leave that same day and are paid in cash. The punch-in records (time card) are held by the boss, making it impossible to report the issue.
3. Do not work for this company under any circumstances. There are absolutely no protections.
