Working in a residential building
The management does not manage; they only make one-sided demands
They do not really understand the products, market, or customers, but pretend that they do
The sales manager uses fake names internally and externally—extremely strange
Stingy—even toilet paper is not provided
There is only one restroom
Petty-minded
Sales staff are only allowed to take public transportation when going out
Everything is someone else’s fault
Extremely high turnover; new employees train new employees
Requires working on holidays without overtime pay
No one manages you
I don't have any particular anger or resentment toward this company.
I just feel that there are really too many strange things about it.
1. No office space!
On my first day, I was surprised to find that no desk had been provided for a new employee.
When I asked my colleagues and HR, they just told me to find a place to sit.
In the end, I had to sit in the meeting room or at the desk of colleagues who were on leave....
Even those who had assigned seats were crammed into an extremely small apartment while working.
2. No computer provided
I asked the boss several times, but never received a direct response.
It was only thanks to a kind colleague finding an unused company computer that I was able to work.
3. Nothing to do
The company barely assigns anything, and there is no direct response even when you ask.
I proactively proposed tasks and submitted work presentations, but they were almost always read without a reply.
Going to work felt like going to an internet café....
4. Extremely high employee turnover
Every one or two weeks, I would notice that someone had suddenly disappeared,
and then a new face would appear.
The funny thing is that quite a few new hires, like me, had no workspace!
I don't know how many rounds of changes the sales, administration, and engineering teams have gone through.
5. Technically, there is only one bathroom
There are two bathrooms in the office.
One is inside the boss's office, so of course ordinary employees feel awkward going in.
The other is a unisex bathroom shared by everyone.
If you urgently need to urinate or defecate, you're on your own.
6. Very poor work atmosphere
Most colleagues are actually quite easy to get along with, but the work atmosphere is simply very poor.
However, be careful, as one colleague may steal things.
7. Asked to take a pay cut
After three months on the job, I was actually asked by the company to reduce my salary by more than 10,000....
Even while wages are in arrears, there are company dinners.
Cons
1. Repeated communication about overdue wages has not led to improvement; payment is made only after at least two months of arrears.
2. Using the company’s dissolution as a reason, management made emotional appeals to employees and said severance pay would be provided, but it was likewise delayed for half a year.
3. After the company was dissolved, it did not actually cease operations. It continued recruiting new employees and taking on projects. Think carefully before joining the company.
4. Long after leaving, I still received messages from “current colleagues” asking where files were located and whether I could help modify requirements for a previous project. They repeatedly disturbed me with messages and emotional manipulation, causing great distress.
The boss may be ambitious and say all the right things, but given this treatment of employees, think carefully before applying for a job.
no
Don't going there and waste your time!!
General Manager wang is suspicious to everyone(every employee)
He is suspicious about everyone is trying to steal his money and salary.
From 2021/1~2021/6, This company is firing and hiring three CTO.
A lot of backend engineers is losing hope about this company.
Therefore, they left ASAP, even without bonus.
Recently, GM hire a new CTO.
This CTO is called LUO,ZHI-QUAN (LUO,JHIH-CYUAN).
This CTO is also a weird person.
If your company receive this guy's resume, please be careful.
He will describe a beautiful future after he enter this company and make big change for good things.
In reality, He cannot operate mysql, he cannot operate GCP.....etc.....
Only he can do is open his mouth and tell other backend engineers to save hime.
Business windows and contact people also are very, very mad about him.
How is that possible, if a manager working at information industry?
Learning new knowledge is the most basic thing that a person working at information industry.
LUO,ZHI-QUAN (LUO,JHIH-CYUAN) knows nothing less than 20 years ago.
The GM is attracting about his overstat speech.
The GM is also don't care about Office cleaning for every employee.
He won't hire any kinds of cleaning employee.
Trash can be rotten after a week if no one can hanle the smell.
The air conditioner is dirty without any cleaning.
But the GM is only care about how to save more money, and how to get overdue receivables(even overdue is scan2pay system(the product of this company) error.)
