Pros

No one manages you

Cons

I don't have any particular anger or resentment toward this company.

I just feel that there are really too many strange things about it.

1. No office space!

On my first day, I was surprised to find that no desk had been provided for a new employee.

When I asked my colleagues and HR, they just told me to find a place to sit.

In the end, I had to sit in the meeting room or at the desk of colleagues who were on leave....

Even those who had assigned seats were crammed into an extremely small apartment while working.

2. No computer provided

I asked the boss several times, but never received a direct response.

It was only thanks to a kind colleague finding an unused company computer that I was able to work.

3. Nothing to do

The company barely assigns anything, and there is no direct response even when you ask.

I proactively proposed tasks and submitted work presentations, but they were almost always read without a reply.

Going to work felt like going to an internet café....

4. Extremely high employee turnover

Every one or two weeks, I would notice that someone had suddenly disappeared,

and then a new face would appear.

The funny thing is that quite a few new hires, like me, had no workspace!

I don't know how many rounds of changes the sales, administration, and engineering teams have gone through.

5. Technically, there is only one bathroom

There are two bathrooms in the office.

One is inside the boss's office, so of course ordinary employees feel awkward going in.

The other is a unisex bathroom shared by everyone.

If you urgently need to urinate or defecate, you're on your own.

6. Very poor work atmosphere

Most colleagues are actually quite easy to get along with, but the work atmosphere is simply very poor.

However, be careful, as one colleague may steal things.

7. Asked to take a pay cut

After three months on the job, I was actually asked by the company to reduce my salary by more than 10,000....
