Pros

None

Cons

In less than half a year, half the employees have left—the idea is, “the earlier you escape, the better!”

The manager has no system for doing things and changes things whenever they feel like it, then forgets what they themselves said. They often go berserk and yell at employees.

Coworkers slack off and don’t help cover for one another; they push away any responsibility they can.

The pay is extremely low—you’re paid monkey wages but expected to deliver lion-sized results.

Whenever a new person joins, everyone speculates about how long they’ll last. Making it past one week is already a miracle~

Pros

The biggest advantage is that after leaving, you feel like you’ve gotten your life back. Any terrible company you encounter afterward feels like heaven.

Cons

The company is extremely stingy and makes people work to the bone. The managers are emotional and enjoy berating subordinates loudly in the office. They don’t respect people; your performance is judged by how much the boss likes you. Senior employees bully newcomers together to curry favor. The turnover rate is extremely high.

They used to write on the job site, “Please come in person for an interview between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.” Because they were constantly driving people away, they could no longer review résumés fast enough to keep up with the rate at which people were leaving.

Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

I interviewed and got hired before, but after one month, although I applied for a general administrative position, I was transferred to finance. I was constantly scolded for not understanding accounting. The manager said that it was fine if I had never studied it before and that the important thing was being willing to learn, but every time they taught me, they had a sour expression and spoke so quickly that I simply couldn't understand in time. I didn't even have time to take notes, and I was scolded whenever I asked questions. Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and left.

The employee who joined at the same time as me was also constantly scolded and was fired after a little over a week.
