1. The supervisor has poor emotional management and swears at people. Senior employees rest on their laurels and talk a lot, but what they actually produce is not very good~ Many colleagues have issues with her.
2. Your salary will not increase no matter how long you work there, yet employees are expected to do a lot. How much are they paying you, anyway?
3. The company has laid off several long-serving employees. It is a company that does not value its employees, so perhaps it cannot find people and has resorted to hiring foreign workers!
4. It is a family business, so even if you want to raise an issue, there is nothing you can do because they are relatives and will support their own family members.
It is a company with no future, and the job offers no security. If upper management dislikes you, they will cut you loose, no matter how long you have worked there.

The interviewer was ridiculous… They brought you in for a chat, took the opportunity to brag about their past accomplishments, and kept picking at your faults… Even though they had clearly already found someone, they still didn’t close the position, instead bringing you in to chat and pointing out your shortcomings… I wonder where the company’s future competitiveness lies?
