The interviewer was ridiculous… They brought you in for a chat, took the opportunity to brag about their past accomplishments, and kept picking at your faults… Even though they had clearly already found someone, they still didn’t close the position, instead bringing you in to chat and pointing out your shortcomings… I wonder where the company’s future competitiveness lies?
