MIS handles equipment, yet is expected to write code and SQL. Network administrators, think this through!!!!!

The assistant general manager is very difficult to deal with and treats MIS as a tool for pulling reports. In reality, the business logic is very complex, and reports need to be pulled almost every 2–3 days.

That should already be done with a program, but the assistant general manager is insanely focused on saving money—even cutting costs on the information systems!!!!!

There is no third-month bonus. I heard there is no year-end bonus, and senior employees do not receive salary increases. The perfect-attendance bonus is just for reference (the company is not near an MRT station). The salary and benefits are terrible. Information staff often resign, perhaps because of Assistant Manager Chen. People-related issues are difficult to compromise on. The assistant manager is not an information professional, yet keeps giving instructions to information staff and insists on personally involving himself in every detail. I doubt any information professional can accept an outsider’s guidance, bizarre ways of working, and highly costly communication style!

To save costs, Assistant Manager Chen hires rookies. Newcomers only find out after joining that it is a trap XDD

1. The supervisor has unchecked power and casually transfers people to work at outlets very far away, indirectly forcing them to resign to save on severance pay.

2. The company is extremely stingy.

3. There are an enormous number of miscellaneous tasks.

4. There are many group chats, which are just smaller circles within a larger circle. The supervisor insults people there so company personnel will not know what they are doing. Even when employees are on leave, if there is an announcement, they are still forced to reply that they have received it, or their pay will be docked.

5. For activities, only those few employees with good performance are asked to provide support. Everyone else can never earn performance-based income, creating a vicious cycle.

6. The supervisor can threaten to dock pay over anything, which is completely illegal. However, they only dare to make such announcements in groups without company representatives; they set the amount themselves.

7. Whether employees work overtime is decided by the supervisor. They also say that employees who do not meet their performance targets will not receive overtime pay and can only use the hours as compensatory leave later. Employees have no choice, and taking compensatory leave reduces their working hours that month, making it difficult to meet performance targets.
