肯霖國際股份有限公司
Pros

The environment is relaxed

The office is very laid-back

There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor

There are many female colleagues

Cons

MIS is required to pull data!!!!

MIS handles equipment, yet is expected to write code and SQL. Network administrators, think this through!!!!!

The assistant general manager is very difficult to deal with and treats MIS as a tool for pulling reports. In reality, the business logic is very complex, and reports need to be pulled almost every 2–3 days.

That should already be done with a program, but the assistant general manager is insanely focused on saving money—even cutting costs on the information systems!!!!!

There is no third-month bonus. I heard there is no year-end bonus, and senior employees do not receive salary increases. The perfect-attendance bonus is just for reference (the company is not near an MRT station). The salary and benefits are terrible. Information staff often resign, perhaps because of Assistant Manager Chen. People-related issues are difficult to compromise on. The assistant manager is not an information professional, yet keeps giving instructions to information staff and insists on personally involving himself in every detail. I doubt any information professional can accept an outsider’s guidance, bizarre ways of working, and highly costly communication style!

To save costs, Assistant Manager Chen hires rookies. Newcomers only find out after joining that it is a trap XDD

The paper-based leave application process involves endless questioning and is ridiculously tedious.

People compatibility is very important; let me say it again: people-related issues are extremely important~~~

Those looking to hone their skills are advised not to join this company. The company is called Oguma, also known as Shuimei Media, for the benefit of future applicants trying to identify it~~
