The boss says the company is a happy workplace,
and then overtime pay is only 1.33—is that a violation of the Labor Standards Act?
In months when the shipping amount is low, you are expected to weather the difficulties together with the company.
Your salary that month will be much lower than the salary discussed in the interview.
During the interview,
neither HR nor the supervisor
will mention salary fluctuations.
You only find out how the happy workplace calculates salaries after receiving your paycheck and being shocked.
It is like playing the stock market: there are rises and falls.
If you have the nerve to go to the interview,
you can ask HR directly
how they respond regarding salary fluctuations.
If you went to the interview and were notified that you were hired,
from a humanitarian standpoint,
I urge you to turn back from the road of suffering before it is too late.
Don't wait several months
before regretting it and feeling that you were deceived.
By then, it will be too late to cut your losses and leave.
You will have lost time and salary,
and may also have missed other job opportunities.
Summary
If you are not truly desperate,
go look at other companies instead.
Don't joke around with your own wallet.

They deduct money! The salary varies greatly, and the amount deducted each month fluctuates by around 5,000 dollars (the most outrageous deduction was 5,000).
Money is deducted for inexplicable reasons; even if it wasn't your own mistake, you can still be penalized with a deduction.

This place is honestly awful. Every month, my pay is short by several thousand.
I only found out when I asked:
If the company makes money, they pay more.
If it makes less, they pay less.
It’s unbelievable.
After more than half a year, they have only paid less and never paid more.
There was even one month when nearly NT$3,000 was deducted.
What kind of company does this?
During the interview, they never mentioned that my pay would be deducted here.

1. The salary structure is complex, and the monthly pay fluctuates significantly. There is a discrepancy between the salary discussed during the interview and the amount actually received.
2. The current factory operates on a piece-rate system.
3. There are many miscellaneous tasks, which differ from the work discussed during the interview.
Summary: It is simply a company that looks very large.

Think twice before accepting an interview with this company
When looking for a job, at least find one that won't deduct from your salary
The HR staff are talkative and very polite to people.
1. The environment is poor. It feels like there is a layer of sand all over the floor in the office, and the equipment is also very basic.
2. The supervisor expects job applicants to be able to become familiar with the work and get started immediately, leaving no room for learning.
3. There are many deductions: NT$500 for meals is deducted each month, tardiness or leaving early within five minutes incurs a deduction, and there are also deductions for uniforms, welfare funds, and so on.
4. The holiday bonuses are also only a small amount—NT$200.
