This place is honestly awful. Every month, my pay is short by several thousand.

I only found out when I asked:

If the company makes money, they pay more.

If it makes less, they pay less.

It’s unbelievable.

After more than half a year, they have only paid less and never paid more.

There was even one month when nearly NT$3,000 was deducted.

What kind of company does this?

During the interview, they never mentioned that my pay would be deducted here.
