Pros

Brief

Cons

The accounting colleagues play music so loudly. It’s really loud.

If you want to listen to music, just wear headphones. Why force other people to listen?

At most, just play it at a volume you can hear yourself. Fuck, it’s so damn loud.

Pros

Opinions vary from person to person.

Cons

During busy periods, employees work overtime until midnight to meet shipping deadlines. Employees are people, not machines. In addition, a manager in one department is in a romantic relationship with a subordinate, which has caused considerable discontent among employees in that department. The above statements are true; the company should verify them independently.

Pros

1. The environment is good, and colleagues get along well.

2. The new design manager has an excellent eye for aesthetics and great communication skills. She takes very good care of her subordinates. I always feel that her abilities could take her far beyond our company, and many talented people follow her. The company is truly lucky to have her.

Cons

1. Although I am not in the design department, I feel that colleagues in other departments do not trust designers’ professionalism. When designers deliver work, it has already gone through professional aesthetic arrangement to create the best visual result. Colleagues in other departments lack a sense of aesthetics yet still like to give misguided instructions. Of course, those requests are ultimately not accepted!

2. The company’s ordinary graphic designers always try to avoid work, so their output is not very good. When given new assignments, they even have the audacity to talk back to their supervisors. Employees who do not understand the situation are truly speechless. The company will not be unable to function without anyone; people who can be replaced immediately really should not be so arrogant.

3. In terms of copywriting, there may be some lack of knowledge about international brands, and the planning is somewhat lacking. The company could ask personnel with more knowledge of international brands to provide some guidance. I believe this would bring about a whole new atmosphere.

4. Overall, the colleagues’ abilities are relatively low. The supervisors mainly coordinate the operations of the various departments, so recently the company has used a new supervisor to lay off veteran employees who have not improved. I hope this is not an attempt to reduce severance costs by dismissing employees with greater seniority in favor of those with less seniority; if so, I would look down on this company. Although I have been here for a long time, the new employees are all exceptionally capable. If they are cultivated properly, Oyange will definitely continue to improve.

Pros

Stable. If you keep a low profile, you’ll have a paycheck, and with so many employees, you can always find friends you get along with.

Cons

The boss prefers people who are good at flattering over people who are capable, including the recently hired design manager; their reputation is so bad that rumors have even spread from their previous company and vendors about things like accepting kickbacks.

But when I saw the design manager fluttering around the company like a butterfly today, during a critical period like Double Eleven, busy flattering their superior... I knew they would definitely succeed at our company.

I’d bet they’re probably going to get promoted, because our boss simply likes this kind of person.

But I’ll keep crawling along and getting through my days. After all, the company is so big that having a few pieces of garbage around won’t bring it down.

Violates the Labor Standards Act!

Everything the company needs, employees are “required” to pay for upfront themselves! Even if you provide an invoice or receipt, they will only “possibly” agree to reimburse you! Absolutely do not go to this company!

The boss completely abandons employees and does not manage them at all. When you work on proposals, he even suspects that you are trying to undermine the company and steal from it. He imagines things and says: For the promotional activity you proposed, you would find people to pretend to be customers and grab the free offers yourselves, right!

He is truly out of his mind!

The 6% retirement contribution is not set aside separately at all—this is a complete violation of the Labor Standards Act. He will never pass up any cost-cutting method you can think of! He is not even willing to buy a single pen for employees to use! Once, a new employee arrived at the company on their first day and was stunned to find that there was no computer available to use!

O’Young is on all kinds of online recruitment platforms! Year! After! Year! They are always recruiting! They perpetually exploit new hires, and people are always leaving. Anyway, a boss with frozen brain matter can always trick newcomers into entering the workforce! When I first joined, the company had nearly 20 people; six months later, they had all left! Only his own family members remained to run the company!

The boss has problems with communication and coordination, so the entire company often has to cooperate with him to help ship and list products until midnight! The entire company! The boss also completely refuses to pay overtime and shows no remorse, acting as though you workers were simply supposed to do it in the first place!
