Violates the Labor Standards Act!
Everything the company needs, employees are “required” to pay for upfront themselves! Even if you provide an invoice or receipt, they will only “possibly” agree to reimburse you! Absolutely do not go to this company!
The boss completely abandons employees and does not manage them at all. When you work on proposals, he even suspects that you are trying to undermine the company and steal from it. He imagines things and says: For the promotional activity you proposed, you would find people to pretend to be customers and grab the free offers yourselves, right!
He is truly out of his mind!
The 6% retirement contribution is not set aside separately at all—this is a complete violation of the Labor Standards Act. He will never pass up any cost-cutting method you can think of! He is not even willing to buy a single pen for employees to use! Once, a new employee arrived at the company on their first day and was stunned to find that there was no computer available to use!
O’Young is on all kinds of online recruitment platforms! Year! After! Year! They are always recruiting! They perpetually exploit new hires, and people are always leaving. Anyway, a boss with frozen brain matter can always trick newcomers into entering the workforce! When I first joined, the company had nearly 20 people; six months later, they had all left! Only his own family members remained to run the company!
The boss has problems with communication and coordination, so the entire company often has to cooperate with him to help ship and list products until midnight! The entire company! The boss also completely refuses to pay overtime and shows no remorse, acting as though you workers were simply supposed to do it in the first place!
