Pros

No written exam or test on the day (there may be a test; the company was unclear about this). You fill out the company’s form. This company has many names, including “想上” and others; they’re all related to Jiuda.

1. There are two parking lots nearby.

2. There is a perfect-attendance bonus.

3. When the boss is in a good mood, they may share profits with employees.

Cons

1. They say they don’t want employees to work overtime, but it is actually a responsibility-based system. You can voluntarily rush to complete assignments, which makes it feel like they don’t want to pay overtime.

2. There is no guaranteed year-end bonus; it depends on KPIs, similar to a bidding-for-orders concept.

3. Clock-in times are not flexible, like at a traditional manufacturing company, with fixed hours.

4. Benefits and bonuses are not transparent or publicly disclosed. It feels like there is no system and everything depends on the boss’s mood.

Pros

1. Complies with the Labor Standards Act

2. The company does not want employees to work overtime (voluntarily rushing to complete tasks after working hours does not count)

Cons

1. Although many work systems and procedures have been established, few are actually implemented, and those that are implemented are not carried out thoroughly.

2. Internal departments are managed by supervisors without expertise in the relevant fields (one supervisor holds multiple positions). They neither understand nor want to learn about the professional aspects, resulting in managers often making requests that do not align with professional logic when assigning work.

3. Salaries for new employees are set arbitrarily. As long as the interviewer thinks you are good, you can receive a higher salary than other experienced colleagues, with no systematic standards whatsoever.
