3. The boss smokes inside the office
4. The company is small, its internal division of responsibilities is inappropriate, and employees may be required to take on multiple roles
5. May withhold wages
No advantages
There are a lot. Recently, they have also been withholding salaries, and I’ve heard that the shareholders’ funding has already started to be delayed, so they may have nearly burned through it all. They have absolutely no respect for professionalism. Many things are faked—for example, some of the demo videos on the company’s social media page are fake. Managers often forget that they have scheduled interviews with candidates or meetings with clients, causing people to make wasted trips. There is no system to speak of; perhaps the only system is that the boss can do whatever they want. The manager is shameless and utterly invincible. Meetings are often just for criticizing things rather than serving their true purpose, resulting in wasted time. If you leave work on time, the manager will deliberately find tasks for you and use schemes to make you work overtime. The software department has only three people, including two managers, which means that one software engineer has to do everything. The hardware department is even worse, with only two people, one of whom is a manager; the other can only burn themselves out working. All professional software is pirated. The boss smokes indoors, making people very uncomfortable. When this was reported to upper management, the response was that they did not dare tell the boss, which was truly disappointing. In short, I strongly do not recommend this company before the boss and managers are replaced and the management is thoroughly reshuffled—unless you are preparing for retirement, in which case you can go there to be a redundant employee.

2. The requirements are constantly being changed. That would be one thing, but they also love blaming all the mistakes on the employees.
3. It's extremely exploitative: there is no overtime pay, yet employees have to work overtime to rush projects for certain exhibitions and trade shows that are essentially just attempts to save face.

There is a Starbucks downstairs
Delayed salary payments, unjustified wage deductions, supervisors who are not proficient in professional software, and a boss who gets angry and berates people
