Few employees, quiet lunch break
Cons
1. No year-end bonus, no bonuses for the three major holidays, no overtime pay, no business-trip allowance, no employee outings, no year-end party—no benefits at all
2. The boss has a bad temper and gets angry at and yells at employees for no reason
3. The boss smokes inside the office
4. The company is small, its internal division of responsibilities is inappropriate, and employees may be required to take on multiple roles
5. May withhold wages
