They will assign you to places you’ll regret,
and they are also habitual violators of the Labor Standards Act,
so don’t be fooled by what they say.

Staffing agency
There are other large, reputable companies you can work for
Avoid this one for now~
1. People who have never experienced the staffing industry can give it a try, gaining a greater sense of the harshness of reality
2. Those willing to work with a sense of merit can go there and offer their labor as a sacrifice to heaven
3. Those who think multiple registrations at the same business premises to evade taxes are no problem can go there
4. They are not stingy with praising employees’ appearance and will offer verbal compliments
5. Supervisors maintain open-minded values
6. Maintains interaction with the industry
7. Recognize the reality of being a corporate wage slave
8. Discover your self-worth
1. It may not be limited to this company; this is common in the staffing industry~ In the business-entity (employer) search system for violations of labor laws and regulations, the number of documented cases is less than one percent of the actual cases
2. Internal full-time employees do not receive overtime pay, and management has also stated that raises are impossible. You may work until late at night (the supervisor considers this perfectly normal)
3. Check the business registrations—you may discover that you actually don’t know you are working for other companies at the same time! Search using the real names of the accountant, general manager, chairman, and investors; many companies are registered at the same address. The connections have the feel of a family business~
Youli Resource Integration Co., Ltd. = Good Life Business Strategy Co., Ltd. = Youli International Resource Integration Co., Ltd. = Youli Apartment and Building Management Maintenance Co., Ltd. I checked after I was already working there and immediately felt something was seriously wrong, so I used an opportunity to quit without another job lined up not long afterward.
4. While I was there, a male core supervisor took photos under the skirts of female sales representatives from other companies, then discussed inappropriate, non-work-related content in a work discussion group
5. Citing information from a former employee who was a victim: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1519306334.A.D7D.html
There is a precedent of falsely accusing an employee—of course, the accusation didn’t succeed~ Ah, doesn’t he love saying that his son is a lawyer? I wonder whether he still loves constantly talking about how much he knows about the law. Great minds think alike; the parties involved did not really want to countersue because they only wanted to get away from this company as quickly as possible.
6. The negative way they speak seems to have offended quite a few people in the industry. Before employees leave, supervisors often speak ill of other companies; when you resign, they will tell you, “The industry is small.” It’s true, because after you leave, you will hear even more gossip about your former company. Well, treating employees and industry peers kindly is pretty important.
7. Don’t think the things above have nothing to do with you. Once you join, you are someone who carries out the company’s orders, not a beacon of integrity
8. If you really are talented and have other options, why not hurry up and find a better workplace?
Salary is paid on time
The company handles human resources projects, namely staffing, and therefore has many contracted projects throughout Taiwan. If you are applying for a staffing position, please think carefully. Uli Company takes a large cut; for personnel dispatched to various locations, they are merely a number on a contract and the company does not care at all about their well-being.
I am a dispatched worker, not an internal employee, and even as someone in that position, I have seen many problems.
The advantages are probably that salaries and bonuses are paid on time. Salaries are transferred to bank accounts, while bonuses are distributed on site.
1. After being hired for Position A for quite some time, they only then noticed the application I had submitted earlier for Position B and contacted me. Positions A and B were both handled by different units under Yoli.
2. Other dispatched colleagues in this unit applied for insurance fee reimbursements at the beginning of the year, but only received them before the contractor was changed at the end of the year.
3. Because my contract was not renewed, I could not receive my employment certificate at the office together with the other colleagues at the beginning of the following year. They said they would mail it, but I never received it. Whenever I called to follow up, they would only tell me to leave my information. Politely following up was useless, and when I called angrily, they would yell back at me. A different person answered every time. Later, when I had time, I threatened to contact the labor bureau, and only then did I get a different response. After a great deal of back-and-forth, I finally received it. Is a dispatched employee’s employment certificate some kind of shameful document that would harm the company? And when calling
None
The project manager takes pride in the high employee turnover rate and acts on words alone, so courtesy and work handovers do not exist. There is more manual work than computerization, the environment is chaotic, and the poor quality of the work requires employees to work long hours of overtime for extended periods.
Salary is NT$36,000 (planning).
You are assigned five proposals to complete at once, with overtime mainly compensated through compensatory leave.
The boss does not care about the high employee turnover. Every government tender has to be bid on, regardless of quality. Based on my own work experience, I feel that I cannot learn anything at this company. (The most senior person in the planning team has only been here for three months. That person also has five proposals to complete and has to prepare and deliver presentations. It is impossible not to work overtime every day!) Here, you can only rush to finish assignments and hand them in; there are no senior colleagues to ask or learn from, so it is not a job you can stay in long-term.
