1. People who have never experienced the staffing industry can give it a try, gaining a greater sense of the harshness of reality
2. Those willing to work with a sense of merit can go there and offer their labor as a sacrifice to heaven
3. Those who think multiple registrations at the same business premises to evade taxes are no problem can go there
4. They are not stingy with praising employees’ appearance and will offer verbal compliments
5. Supervisors maintain open-minded values
6. Maintains interaction with the industry
7. Recognize the reality of being a corporate wage slave
8. Discover your self-worth
1. It may not be limited to this company; this is common in the staffing industry~ In the business-entity (employer) search system for violations of labor laws and regulations, the number of documented cases is less than one percent of the actual cases
2. Internal full-time employees do not receive overtime pay, and management has also stated that raises are impossible. You may work until late at night (the supervisor considers this perfectly normal)
3. Check the business registrations—you may discover that you actually don’t know you are working for other companies at the same time! Search using the real names of the accountant, general manager, chairman, and investors; many companies are registered at the same address. The connections have the feel of a family business~
Youli Resource Integration Co., Ltd. = Good Life Business Strategy Co., Ltd. = Youli International Resource Integration Co., Ltd. = Youli Apartment and Building Management Maintenance Co., Ltd. I checked after I was already working there and immediately felt something was seriously wrong, so I used an opportunity to quit without another job lined up not long afterward.
4. While I was there, a male core supervisor took photos under the skirts of female sales representatives from other companies, then discussed inappropriate, non-work-related content in a work discussion group
5. Citing information from a former employee who was a victim: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1519306334.A.D7D.html
There is a precedent of falsely accusing an employee—of course, the accusation didn’t succeed~ Ah, doesn’t he love saying that his son is a lawyer? I wonder whether he still loves constantly talking about how much he knows about the law. Great minds think alike; the parties involved did not really want to countersue because they only wanted to get away from this company as quickly as possible.
6. The negative way they speak seems to have offended quite a few people in the industry. Before employees leave, supervisors often speak ill of other companies; when you resign, they will tell you, “The industry is small.” It’s true, because after you leave, you will hear even more gossip about your former company. Well, treating employees and industry peers kindly is pretty important.
7. Don’t think the things above have nothing to do with you. Once you join, you are someone who carries out the company’s orders, not a beacon of integrity
8. If you really are talented and have other options, why not hurry up and find a better workplace?
