Read the community guidelinesI arrived early and was able to interview first. The interview process was quite normal, and they clearly explained the job responsibilities, salary, and overtime pay. Everything complies with the Labor Standards Act, and the manager is also willing to train employees with no experience.
The company's office environment is shared with the storage area for goods, but it is still very clean and tidy.
You can resign.
The manager’s spouse speaks aggressively.
Regardless of whether anyone has done their work, they keep saying, “The company didn’t hire you to slack off.”
But in reality, they just answer phone calls in the office.
When the spouse is sick, it’s treated as a matter of the utmost importance; when employees are sick, they’re accused of slacking off.
The manager hides in the office smoking, opening the door and making everyone inhale secondhand smoke—apparently trying to cause employees to develop lung cancer.
They also like to drink alcohol during work hours.
They can’t communicate properly; if they can scold someone, they do.
They are also good at making threats, including threats concerning the future health of employees’ family members.
They appear intent on causing people emotional distress.
They act pretentious and criticize employees for working too slowly on final drafts.
They need to ask even about keyboard shortcuts when operating AI themselves, and they work slowly.
They show off about taking classes at the Genius Learning Center and like to make sarcastic remarks about employees who attended university.
No employee can stay long-term.
★★★★★★Unspoken rules:
They demand high shipping quality, but treat employee quality as if it were worthless.
They demand that employees not leave after work; supposedly, no matter how “senior” you are, you must leave later than the manager, because you have no right to go home first.
(The manager themself doesn’t even arrive at the company until almost 10 p.m.)
No matter how seriously you work, the manager is drinking and listening to music in the office.
Employees who want to resign are called overly sensitive, and interns’ schools are blamed for their lack of stress tolerance.
Employees with university degrees are expected to be capable of everything; otherwise, their schools are blamed for being poor.
Of course, this company also tries to use the term “probationary period”
to make it impossible for newcomers to determine their employment status.
You should really think twice before applying.
The overtime pay is generous enough to feel willingly given.
The boss smokes, drinks alcohol, and chews betel nuts during work hours.
He would arbitrarily lose his temper at employees, throw things at them, and even make sarcastic remarks about their family members’ health conditions.
He also constantly uses profanity, insults employees’ dignity, threatens people at the slightest provocation, and even once threatened us with imprisonment.
There is also discrimination: he mocks an employee’s Indigenous identity (ironically, he is Indigenous himself—呵呵).
The boss’s son would also bad-mouth the people training new hires behind their backs, trying to sow discord and make the newcomers distrust their seniors.
He also has extraordinarily low standards for the quality of customers’ products, telling people to just trim areas that should clearly be properly finished.
But then he complains that the quality of the employees’ work is poor.
They clearly explain some parts of the job in advance! The details that are unclear can be discussed in depth during the interview!!
After arranging an interview and going for it on the scheduled day, they failed to keep the appointment! (It feels disrespectful to the person interviewing.)
After leaving my contact information, I hoped to arrange an interview for another day! But there was no follow-up at all.
