Pros
They clearly explain some parts of the job in advance! The details that are unclear can be discussed in depth during the interview!!
Cons
After arranging an interview and going for it on the scheduled day, they failed to keep the appointment! (It feels disrespectful to the person interviewing.)
After leaving my contact information, I hoped to arrange an interview for another day! But there was no follow-up at all.
