Pros

Use concealment techniques, work regular hours, and every month there are also 3 hours of unpaid leave that do not affect perfect attendance. There is also late-arrival leave that does not result in salary or perfect-attendance deductions.

Use Tai Chi techniques: if you cannot do the work, you simply do not have to do it. If you can do it, do it well and please cover your own medical expenses; if you cannot do it well, please enter the Avīci Hell.

Cons

The company has no shortcomings. If there are any shortcomings, they must be your own problem.

The interview process was also very problematic. They notified more than two people to interview for the same position at the same time, but the company staff themselves did not even know that they had scheduled everyone for the same time. After I completed the company’s basic information form, I waited for 30 minutes with no one attending to me, and I had to take the initiative to ask about it. Then, for the written test, they simply left the test papers there and told me to complete them myself within 30 minutes before notifying them.

During the manager’s interview, they asked many questions about my previous company and my prior work experience, but in the end said that none of this experience was relevant to the position they were currently interviewing for and that they considered me unsuitable for their company. However, my work experience was clearly stated in my 104 résumé from the beginning. Although it was not related to the position I interviewed for, I applied because I wanted to change career paths and try a new position. The 104 job posting also did not state that relevant experience was required. If they considered applicants without relevant experience unsuitable, they should not have invited me to interview in the first place. Doesn’t a job seeker’s time matter too?! I even had to listen to the interviewing manager criticize me. It was a very poor interview experience!

I applied for the position of Administrative Manager, but the position for which I was notified of an interview was actually Production Control.

When I arrived at the interview location, the company staff had no idea that they had scheduled anyone for an interview. My résumé on the job bank website was also one they had asked me to make available (so companies I actively applied to could view it), and they printed it out on the spot.

In addition to filling out their company’s standard résumé, I was also given tests on mathematics, English, and Chinese reading comprehension. A company staff member told me I had 30 minutes to complete the tests and needed to manage my own time, but she took away my test paper before I had even spent 20 minutes on it.

If foreign-language ability was required, it should have been stated on the job bank website. Moreover, the English test they gave me was about procurement, which had absolutely nothing to do with either the position I applied for or the position they notified me about......

Later, during the HR interview, it felt as though they were investigating my family background, which was unpleasant.

In the end, they sent me away without explaining the salary or benefits.
