Pros
Use concealment techniques, work regular hours, and every month there are also 3 hours of unpaid leave that do not affect perfect attendance. There is also late-arrival leave that does not result in salary or perfect-attendance deductions.

Cons
The company has no shortcomings. If there are any shortcomings, they must be your own problem.
