1. The interviewers were not pretentious.
2. The company benefits are good.
1. There is a written test, but the questions are ambiguously worded and not particularly relevant to the position. If interviewees have any questions, it is recommended that they clarify them before answering.
2. Three interviewers conducted the interview simultaneously. Most of the questions were basic, and the process was somewhat tedious, making the interviewee feel that the hiring was based on intuition and did not provide much differentiation.
Note: During the pandemic, all interviews are conducted by video. A stable internet connection is very important, so it is recommended to test it beforehand.
A very happy atmosphere, great freedom at work, no encouragement of overtime, and a highly flat organizational structure in this startup company

Unlimited coffee and milk, endless snacks, a relaxed and cheerful (?) work atmosphere, highly flexible working hours and break times, and easygoing colleagues who are easy to communicate with
(Not sure whether this counts as a drawback) You need to have a self-propelled personality and be highly proactive
