Pros
Unlimited coffee and milk, endless snacks, a relaxed and cheerful (?) work atmosphere, highly flexible working hours and break times, and easygoing colleagues who are easy to communicate with
Cons
(Not sure whether this counts as a drawback) You need to have a self-propelled personality and be highly proactive
