Pros
A very happy atmosphere, great freedom at work, no encouragement of overtime, and a highly flat organizational structure in this startup company
Cons
Because the organization is so flat, although salaries are adjusted based on seniority, the content of the work may not change much. You have to seek out more enjoyment in your work yourself (not referring to playing PS4 in the office).
