Pros

Got to know many aerobics instructors

Cons

1. No matter how many times employees report company problems to the boss, they are still ignored, and the problems remain unresolved—personnel, salaries, systems, and so on........

2. There is no sense of security or room for development. Given the owner's habits, this company also feels like a commodity that will eventually be bought and sold on the market.

3. There are virtually no benefits. Aside from a year-end bonus equivalent to one month's salary, there are no benefits at all.

4. The products lack quality. They can only be made according to the owner's preferences, regardless of market demand, quality, or price, resulting in large amounts of inventory.

5. Employees are judged based on personal likes and dislikes.

6. Work is constantly pushed off and passed around. Every project requires the team to complete it, but it always gets held up by accounting. No matter what the matter is, it is always accumulated until the last minute before being handled. If you try to start work in advance, you will be questioned.

7. In summary, if you want to deeply experience the harsh realities of the workplace while handling five or six tasks at the same time, this company is a decent choice.

Pros

An opportunity to gain exposure to the sports and fitness industries

Cons

1. There are very few employees (fewer than 10), with only 1–2 people in each role, yet each person is expected to handle a workload equivalent to that of approximately 3–4 people.

2. Low pay and high turnover.

3. Departing employees do not properly hand over work details, and no one supervises the process, resulting in handover recipients not understanding the job responsibilities or not receiving the relevant materials.

4. Job responsibilities and authority are unclear, causing situations where no one can be identified as responsible or work is duplicated.

5. Regular overtime without overtime pay.

6. Events often have to be held on Saturdays and Sundays; time off in lieu is mandatory and cannot be exchanged for payment.

7. The company has no dedicated customer service staff, and shared accounts are unmanaged, so consumers do not receive replies or are overlooked because there are too many messages.

8. There is no petty cash system.

9. The office atmosphere is poor, and there is effectively no personnel management system.

10. Communication is frequently poor, both internally and externally.
