Got to know many aerobics instructors
1. No matter how many times employees report company problems to the boss, they are still ignored, and the problems remain unresolved—personnel, salaries, systems, and so on........
2. There is no sense of security or room for development. Given the owner's habits, this company also feels like a commodity that will eventually be bought and sold on the market.
3. There are virtually no benefits. Aside from a year-end bonus equivalent to one month's salary, there are no benefits at all.
4. The products lack quality. They can only be made according to the owner's preferences, regardless of market demand, quality, or price, resulting in large amounts of inventory.
5. Employees are judged based on personal likes and dislikes.
6. Work is constantly pushed off and passed around. Every project requires the team to complete it, but it always gets held up by accounting. No matter what the matter is, it is always accumulated until the last minute before being handled. If you try to start work in advance, you will be questioned.
7. In summary, if you want to deeply experience the harsh realities of the workplace while handling five or six tasks at the same time, this company is a decent choice.
