During the interview, the boss was very humorous and witty, and we could joke and chat. The boss is also easy to get along with. Just take online reviews with a grain of salt. So far, my experience with the boss has been very different from the online reviews—it is nothing like what people say online. At noon, the boss even cooks lunch for everyone.

Questions focused on your education and experience: why you left your previous company, why you gave up a (frontline) management position, why you left a field related to your major, and so on.

Because I spoke honestly about my personal circumstances, I was criticized as being worthless, having low stress tolerance, and lacking ability, and therefore wanting to resign.

He also asked about my previous work experience and criticized me, saying that I worked inefficiently and slowly because I had to wait for procedures even when purchasing parts and equipment, rather than resolving things quickly.

I asked in return: When planning annual maintenance and purchasing millions of dollars’ worth of parts, equipment, and spare items, doesn’t the company need to go through procedures?

P.S. Whenever the company culture was incompatible with him, he would criticize the company (including 群x and 台xx), saying that they also worked inefficiently and slowly.

The boss directly went silent and changed the subject.

Then he started talking about his own entrepreneurial ventures $#@&~ (for quite some time), buying cars and houses, and so on.

He said that his relatives who sell vegetables live worse than he does, and that he was very afraid they would borrow money from him, and so on.

He then said that I could not afford to buy a house or a car, etc., which was why I kept changing jobs and eventually left because I could not stay in the same industry.

Fortunately, I pushed back by saying that my current industry gives me the ability to buy a house and a car, and that, thanks to my ancestors’ accumulated merits, I also inherited a piece of land.

Throughout the interview, the boss tried to put me down and make me feel that my abilities were inferior to his, or even very poor. Someone with weaker psychological resilience or lower stress tolerance who cannot withstand the mockery might become “extremely” resentful and indignant.

Personally, I think one positive point is that people within the system may not be able to see certain things or perspectives;

whereas someone outside the system can use his perspective to point out some potentially feasible ideas and viewpoints.

Couldn’t find any.

The boss is extremely disgusting! He makes remarks that make women feel offended and extremely uncomfortable, and spends the entire interview criticizing the applicant’s appearance. In addition, the boss did not wear a mask at all during the interview and kept asking the interviewee to take off their mask. This disregard for epidemic prevention is nauseating.

The company occasionally provides benefits such as group meals, bonuses, and training. Good performance is rewarded with a raise. You can discuss anything you don't understand at work with the boss and gain a lot of experience.

The company is located relatively far from the city center.

They also keep crazily asking you to do personal errands! Even more outrageous is that they act as if it's completely natural.

And they're very good at evading the Labor Standards Act!

The company and the boss are completely different things! Absurd.

The colleagues are all very nice.

The boss has poor emotional management, often taking out their anger on and belittling employees, and constantly nitpicking. The environment is dirty and messy. Other than the colleagues, there are no other advantages (but because the assistant turnover rate is high, the colleagues may be completely different).
