Pros
1. It has moved to a stable location, and the environment is fairly clean.
2. Colleagues answer questions and help resolve problems.
Cons
★The following all applies when the boss is abroad★
1. The assistant handles all procedures for the interview and after being hired, while the boss is abroad.
2. The boss is unable to clearly state what they need.
They pass questions on to employees who do not know the answers, and when asked again, the only response is “Go ask the assistant.”
