Pros

Our company’s interview process is primarily conducted as a relaxed conversation: First, we explain the company’s background and the requirements of the position, and then ask the applicant to introduce themselves. Next, we ask questions about the technologies the applicant is most proficient in to assess their actual technical abilities. Finally, we open the floor for Q&A, giving the applicant an opportunity to better understand the company’s work environment rather than having only one-way communication.

Cons

Applicants whose principles are incompatible with ours have anonymously posted false statements and maliciously defamed our company, damaging its reputation.

We have already collected the evidence and reserve the right to pursue legal action.

Cons

The interview environment was extremely poor. The interview was conducted directly by the roadside, with people constantly coming and going and disrupting the process.

In reality, the company operates out of a small room in a shared commercial space. It was hot, the interview was lengthy, and they did not even provide a glass of water.

They tout American-style management and claim there is no micromanaging boss, but in fact the environment was very poor (there were not even any administrative staff).

You would have to waste 1–2 hours every day in meetings and monitoring your progress.

On top of that, the interviewer was arrogant and had a poor attitude, constantly talking about things like the East Coast and West Coast of the United States.

Most likely, they want someone who can do everything, but may still offer an extremely low entry-level salary.

Overall, it was an absolutely terrible interview experience.
