The interview environment was extremely poor. The interview was conducted directly by the roadside, with people constantly coming and going and disrupting the process.
In reality, the company operates out of a small room in a shared commercial space. It was hot, the interview was lengthy, and they did not even provide a glass of water.
They tout American-style management and claim there is no micromanaging boss, but in fact the environment was very poor (there were not even any administrative staff).
You would have to waste 1–2 hours every day in meetings and monitoring your progress.
On top of that, the interviewer was arrogant and had a poor attitude, constantly talking about things like the East Coast and West Coast of the United States.
Most likely, they want someone who can do everything, but may still offer an extremely low entry-level salary.
Overall, it was an absolutely terrible interview experience.
