The work efficiency of R&D staff is expected to be the same as that of on-site staff?! What the xxxk...
They casually put development projects on hold, then ask what you had been doing before. What is wrong with them?
When you bring up your expertise, the boss throws his 40 years of elevator experience at you and crushes you with it...

Sigh... it's all just tears of bitterness... I've been away from this company for a while now. I originally applied for the executive assistant position, but during the interview, no one told me what I would actually be doing after joining. I could only find things to do on my own. During that time, the boss kept hiring executive assistants. If you're lucky and they can't find anyone, you might survive a few more months—until someone suitable comes along, and then they no longer need you. It really leaves me utterly speechless ಠ_ಠ... So, about the boss of this company~ they're not someone you can retain with sincerity. All you'll get is ruthlessness. Those without much ability can come and play for a while, but don't fantasize about staying long (unless you have connections). If you can last more than six months, your ancestors must have blessed you. Those with real ability are even more strongly advised not to come here. As soon as you've handed over your work, they'll still tell you goodbye. They're truly merciless; as long as they're hiring, there will always be someone else—you’re just nothing to them.

Responding to the person above, I used to work there…
The boss and shareholders were already unfriendly toward long-term employees, and often bullied them (perhaps they looked down on them!).
In this respect, they were different from ordinary bosses (who generally value long-term employees)…
They place extremely heavy emphasis on money… Although most places are like that… this company is “super” so!…
The people who get promoted are all kind of strange… That’s how I felt.
For those who want to join this company in the future, it can be okay in the short term—just treat it as a donkey… After two or three years, once you have some experience, go look for a horse…
None
I heard there is a vice president there who doesn’t manage anything, so reporting issues to him is useless…
He is weak-willed and consults the old boss whenever something happens… Employees often complain that it’s difficult to get things done…
I hope that if you interview and join the company, you won’t work under that vice president… It’s too predatory…
I heard that the old boss is also very good at exploiting employees…
Forget it… I’ve left anyway… But I still hope this can help everyone.
Let me think carefully. None.
The company is stingy, the pay is too low, the systems are chaotic, the equipment is incomplete, the boss thinks he is an emperor, and the rules keep changing.
Benefits
1. Labor insurance, health insurance, and a 6% pension contribution. The basics—how is that considered a benefit!?
2. Free lunch and dinner when working overtime (excluding field staff). None.
3. Free uniform tops and other subsidies for weddings, funerals, and celebrations. The uniforms are so ugly—who would want to wear them?
4. Birthday gift voucher for the month's birthday honoree (employees who have completed three months). Haven't received one yet.
5. Year-end banquet, year-end bonus, and holiday gifts (cash gifts). Never received any.
6. Promoting outstanding employees and improving their skills (assistance with technical certification exams). There aren't even tools for practice. They only tell employees to attend classes on holidays; it is completely pointless.
7. Occasional employee trips or meals. You have to pay out of pocket to participate, haha.
