Responding to the person above, I used to work there…
The boss and shareholders were already unfriendly toward long-term employees, and often bullied them (perhaps they looked down on them!).
In this respect, they were different from ordinary bosses (who generally value long-term employees)…
They place extremely heavy emphasis on money… Although most places are like that… this company is “super” so!…
The people who get promoted are all kind of strange… That’s how I felt.
For those who want to join this company in the future, it can be okay in the short term—just treat it as a donkey… After two or three years, once you have some experience, go look for a horse…
