Read the community guidelinesThere are many nice colleagues
Apart from the salary, there is no job security
The boss often hires people who look good in interviews but are not useful at work
Good relationships with colleagues
If you can avoid joining, then don’t join. The boss seems kind on the surface, but is actually very stingy and petty, always nitpicking. There is no travel reimbursement, no bonuses, and no patent bonuses. You have to clarify everything before doing it, otherwise the boss will blame you. There are no benefits at all, and there are no salary increases. Even when there is a salary increase, it is only 1%.
If you start work at 6 a.m., you can leave at 3 p.m. …
1. During the interview, they said that overtime would be paid in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, but in practice, after joining the company, it is not possible to claim overtime pay or compensatory leave. The work lacks planning and organization, so employees often need to work overtime on holidays to keep projects on schedule.
2. The boss often receives only the project name and an explanation of the client’s requirements, then sets a deadline without any discussion or planning. There is no plan from beginning to end, and no schedule can be produced, so employees are constantly left to clean up the mess. The boss also keeps bragging to clients about being a great PM, which is embarrassing. Without developing junior PMs, how senior can you really become?
3. There are no established procedures for imports and exports, and agents are asked to sign off arbitrarily, forcing employees to rely on personal connections and plead for help just to handle the situation. Afterwards, there is no improvement; instead, the company shirks responsibility, leaving employees to plead for help and clean up the mess again.
Work performance is reflected in bonuses or salary increases (the amount varies and is based on performance)
Overtime is rare; if overtime is required, overtime pay or compensatory leave is provided
Business trip allowances are provided; work bonuses do not make up for the lack of regular company dinners
Salaries are adjusted when revenue is good
Free employee parking is provided, saving over a thousand in monthly parking fees
Clocking in and out, and taking personal or sick leave, are not scrutinized or made difficult; as long as the work is handled properly before or afterward, it is fine
The boss and supervisors are reasonable and easy to communicate with
You must be able to work independently and proactively report to or discuss problems with the boss. This is not suitable for people who need to be closely monitored or who have a civil-servant mentality
The boss likes exploring new things and values professional ability. Colleagues are also all at a certain level, so people who cannot keep up may feel more pressure at work
