Everyone is afraid of being docked pay for expired-product returns. The veteran employees’ territories are always highly profitable; it’s the same in the north, central, and south. Veterans often just clock in and go back to rest, because territories are never reassigned for long periods, resulting in unfairness. The people who take side jobs everywhere and disrupt the rules of the game are always the same ones, but those with power above always pretend not to see. Those who see the truth clearly inside the company learn to keep quiet—that’s the only way to last.

The pay is really not much, but they certainly don’t hesitate to make deductions.
