Everyone is really nice, and when something comes up, we genuinely cover for and support one another. You never feel like you're fighting alone.
The company is quite meticulous in how it works and pays close attention to details. Although it can feel a little stressful at first, it's a great fit for people just entering the workforce who want to build a solid foundation.
The pace is fairly fast and the expectations for details are high, so people who prefer to take things slowly may find it a little challenging.
There are plenty of learning resources, but managers expect everyone to take the initiative to learn independently, so be prepared for that.
