You have to consider whether it might dissolve halfway through again.
There are only 12 months of salary plus quarterly bonuses per year, totaling approximately 14 months for the whole year. Therefore, the expected annual salary is divided by 14 months. However, this makes the monthly salary very easy to exceed the budget. The hiring department may hope that you join at a slightly lower monthly salary first, then decide after a six-month evaluation whether to make up the difference. If you believe this explanation, go ahead—I don’t believe it!

Yesterday, a friend dreamed that this company was suffering from severe talent loss and could not recruit newcomers either. All the original Taiwanese supervisors had been replaced by people from mainland China. The administrative and HR regulations were entirely controlled by a woman who was extremely fond of monopolizing power but did not want to take responsibility. Everything was decided by her; she often changed things back and forth, wielded unchecked authority, and caused widespread resentment. The turnover rate was extremely high, and the layoff rate was also extremely high.
