Terrible, terrible, terrible
Delaying salaries and never paying on time; payday is supposed to be the 5th
Delay, delay, delay—once, they even delayed payment until the end of the month
They even say, “The company did pay; it’s not like we didn’t pay.”
Isn’t a company like this simply too awful?
When the pandemic had just begun, in February, we were forced to take 8 additional days off, forcing us to have money deducted through March
Starting in April, we were required to take a 20% pay cut
The government provided subsidies, but we didn’t receive any of them. They applied for money through the bank,
but we still didn’t receive any salary subsidies
Talking to the company was useless. Instead of laying us off so we could claim unemployment benefits,
because of your selfishness, you forced us to endure this until we couldn’t take it anymore
One by one, we resigned voluntarily
Starting in February, money was forcibly deducted. Saying it was “to help the company” is illegal
There are no benefits at all—not even the three holiday bonuses or an annual bonus
They always say the company is operating at a loss and give only a 0.5-month annual bonus. What use is that?
Our salary-based insurance enrollment is also underreported, which does not comply with the Labor Standards Act
Isn’t this going way too far legally?
The office environment is good.
Payday is the fifth of every month, but by the 12th, I still hadn’t received my salary.
My salary was withheld without payment, and I wasn’t informed either.
I proactively asked accounting about it.
Accounting replied that the salary for employees who had resigned would be paid on Wednesday
because there were some things that needed to be confirmed.
So, if payment is delayed, is it not necessary to proactively inform employees first?
Accounting replied: “And then? Haven’t I informed you now? Please stop making a fuss.”
(Excuse me, that was a response, not a notification. Did you not learn Chinese properly?)
They also said they would delete the LINE contact of the employee who had resigned.
(No one wanted to keep your LINE contact anyway, okay?)
The office is very large and bright
The area around the company is extremely convenient
It is essentially the same company as Qingze Travel Agency; the two offices are connected
The manager is not very capable and only knows how to act as the boss’s yes-man. Although I was hired for an internal position, I was once required to support sales in another department
The boss loves assigning last-minute tasks and does not care whether you are busy. If you cannot finish your work, you have to work overtime, but there is no overtime pay
If you do not work overtime, the manager will think that you are not proactive enough
You must not defy the boss; whatever the boss says is right
