Once you submit your résumé, HR asks you to conduct a market analysis of the company and give a presentation on the same day. Many of the interview questions are also about the company's future direction. I noticed the interviewers and HR taking notes diligently, which made me feel that they only wanted to extract my ideas and were not genuinely looking to hire someone.
