2. It's a software company, yet the internet is extremely slow.
3. When one department manager encounters people or things that don't go her way, she reports them to the boss behind their backs, and the people involved are then forced out.
4. On top of that, this manager asks people to urgently produce things for her outside of working hours, claiming they're extremely urgent, but then she doesn't actually use them at all. She also loves pretending to be busy... If you discuss how much tangible output she really produces, it becomes an uncomfortable subject.
5. One advantage of one department manager is that he doesn't closely monitor what the people under him are doing, as long as they achieve their goals. However, when he should speak up, he says nothing and even makes the people under him play the bad guy.
6. The boss is extremely persuasive—it's basically the kind of sales talk used in multi-level marketing, capable of making something dead sound alive. Every time I hear the boss enthusiastically promoting his ideals, I feel as though they might actually be achievable, only to look back and find that it was all empty talk. He also likes to promise clients everywhere that the company will do things it is not doing or cannot do.
7. Two of the senior managers have absolutely no sense of time and are late to every meeting. They also love using other people's lunch breaks to call meetings, and the meetings still end without any conclusions...
8. Most importantly! Most importantly! Most importantly! There is a serious risk that salaries cannot be paid. January's salary was delayed until just before the Lunar New Year holiday, and on several occasions payment fell on a holiday but was not made in advance. Then, when some employees voiced their concerns internally, the company immediately dealt with all of those who spoke up.
The company environment is good, and the location is convenient for transportation.
The company is developing a consumer app with no clear focus.
They couldn't articulate much about its future prospects, and the interview did not ask about salary expectations or benefits.

1. The supervisor may go back on their word. Even if a promotion has been agreed upon, they may suddenly assign work that was not at all within the scope of responsibilities originally discussed, then say that the results were below expectations and therefore refuse to give the promotion.
2. There is essentially no onboarding or training for new employees. If the colleague assigned to train you ignores you, you have to figure everything out on your own by looking through old materials. If you do not do well, the colleague training you may even scold you for not asking when you did not know how to do something.
3. The salary is low, so people who care about compensation should consider carefully.
4. Overall, the company is very pro-China. People who dislike China should not join; otherwise, you will only make yourself miserable.
Convenient transportation in the city center
-Asked a lot of questions during the interview, but when it came to salary and benefits, they gave no direct answers. After checking later, I found there was apparently nothing worth mentioning, so they simply avoided answering.
-The restroom and pantry are in the same space
During the interviews with the supervisors and managers, many promising product development roadmaps were discussed.
The hiring manager was very proactive and had a good attitude, but scheduled multiple interviews with the candidate.
The company’s top executive arrived late for the interview and said afterward that they would discuss the salary further, but did not take the initiative to do so. The subsequent salary discussions were not handled proactively, which left an unfavorable overall impression on the job candidate. Hopefully, this can be improved.

This company has two bosses: the investment boss and the company boss.
The investment boss is involved in financial crime, merely using this company to launder money and make the products he wants.
The company boss is an unprofessional person whose ideas are very incompatible with those of the investment boss.
The company has an extremely high turnover rate. Whenever the investment boss thinks something is wrong, he replaces an entire group of people, creating a very good-looking facade.
