Pros

Whether training is provided depends on their mood.

Cons

You’re left to fend for yourself—you have to be psychic or able to teach yourself without a teacher.

You can ask questions about anything…but…when you ask…

The job covers everything under the sun. A supervisor of the opposite sex likes to hand over work by standing right next to you, very close, which feels extremely uncomfortable!

I interviewed for an accounting assistant position, and the interviewer was very blunt, saying that I only had cashier experience. Although they were hiring an assistant, they expected the person to eventually become the lead accountant—and said this was absolutely required. They kept going around in circles, repeatedly saying that my previous work was as a cashier and that I had no accounting experience. They also kept saying that the cashier they had previously hired had done quite well. In short, they just kept repeating the same thing over and over, with a consistently dismissive attitude. If that was the case, why invite someone for an interview in the first place? Couldn't they have looked at the résumé more carefully beforehand? Although I don't have accounting experience, I do have accounting assistant experience. Then the interviewer said that every company is different and everything would have to be taught again. But isn't that true for everyone?! If someone had worked in sales and then applied for another sales position, would you say they didn't have relevant experience? Of course every company is different, but experience in the same type of position should still be acceptable, shouldn't it? A very, very poor interview experience. I strongly recommend not going!! Only apply for the assistant position if you are already mentally prepared to become the lead accountant.

Pros

For newcomers with no experience at all, this can serve as a stepping-stone company.

Three holiday bonuses and a year-end bonus are provided (new hires who have been employed for less than three months receive alcohol instead of money).

Cons

They operate many subsidiaries to avoid paying excessive taxes.

Youjie, Peixu, and Quanxin are all their subsidiaries. (Different people are listed as the responsible persons.)

Reasons I do not recommend it:

1. The supervisors apply double standards severely, and work arrangements are unreasonable. You may be required to drive around from place to place and end up doing pointless work.

2. There is a female vice president at the company who loves to meddle in everything and is extremely old-school in her management style. She does not take employees into consideration, speaks very rudely to them, and casually uses workplace psychological manipulation against them.

3. The working hours are very long—12–14 hours a day. Although the official hours are 9:00–18:00, starting work early does not qualify for overtime pay, and you cannot leave early.

4. There are assistant fees for accompanying doctors during procedures and for assisting with PRP treatments, but they are paid only once every three months (and payment can be delayed for nearly half a year). In short, they are very good at dragging things out.

5. Parking fees incurred for work each month, doctors’ meals (that’s right—you have to buy meals for doctors, costing anywhere from 200 to 1,500), package shipping fees, and fuel costs (the company reimburses only 80%, and you are not allowed to refuel on holidays) all have to be paid upfront by you. This can tie up around 15,000. You also have to prepare expense reports for these costs yourself, and the company may not reimburse you until a month later.

6. The training system is extremely poor. Basically, other employees are expected to teach one another. Sometimes, when there is insufficient staff, employees are sent to assist with procedures without receiving any training at all.

7. Supervisors arrange the daily schedule. Sometimes, even at 10 p.m., you still do not know which hospital you will be working at the next day, which wastes a lot of time. On average, you are also on duty once every two months, and during your duty week you are on call 24 hours a day. However, the overtime pay and allowances are very stingy. It is truly a sweatshop.

In addition, because the owner’s main business is liquor distribution, this company is merely one of its money-making machines. Therefore, they do not care about employees’ physical condition; if you cannot handle it, you are expected to resign. That is why the turnover rate is so high.

Pros

The company has a diverse range of products

Cons

Basically, it’s the concept of being treated as a gofer

The bonus is probably about the price of a simple meal

Seriously inconsistent standards and a chaotic system

Expenses are reimbursed extremely slowly; there have really been cases where it took four months to receive them (confirmed by previous reviews)

Extremely high employee turnover

Does not provide compensatory leave or pay in accordance with the Labor Standards Act

Really likes fresh graduates who have just entered the workforce and don’t know anything

Think twice!

No need to waste time interviewing

Cons

Bonuses are not negotiable, and the fuel allowance is too low

There is also a possibility that the bonus won't be paid, so there's no point in negotiating

What kind of field is this?

Cons

1. If there is a company expense account, employees must initially pay company expenses out of their own pockets. Although the expenses can be reimbursed, the repayment process is extremely slow and may even take more than four months!

2. The employee turnover rate is high; fewer than five people have more than three years of tenure!

3. The average working hours exceed 12 hours, and employees are not paid or given compensatory leave in accordance with the Labor Standards Act!

4. There is insufficient training, and supervisors love sending their subordinates into the line of fire first, then apologizing afterward and saying that their subordinates are incompetent and need more practice!
