Pros

For newcomers with no experience at all, this can serve as a stepping-stone company.

Three holiday bonuses and a year-end bonus are provided (new hires who have been employed for less than three months receive alcohol instead of money).

Cons

They operate many subsidiaries to avoid paying excessive taxes.

Youjie, Peixu, and Quanxin are all their subsidiaries. (Different people are listed as the responsible persons.)

Reasons I do not recommend it:

1. The supervisors apply double standards severely, and work arrangements are unreasonable. You may be required to drive around from place to place and end up doing pointless work.

2. There is a female vice president at the company who loves to meddle in everything and is extremely old-school in her management style. She does not take employees into consideration, speaks very rudely to them, and casually uses workplace psychological manipulation against them.

3. The working hours are very long—12–14 hours a day. Although the official hours are 9:00–18:00, starting work early does not qualify for overtime pay, and you cannot leave early.

4. There are assistant fees for accompanying doctors during procedures and for assisting with PRP treatments, but they are paid only once every three months (and payment can be delayed for nearly half a year). In short, they are very good at dragging things out.

5. Parking fees incurred for work each month, doctors’ meals (that’s right—you have to buy meals for doctors, costing anywhere from 200 to 1,500), package shipping fees, and fuel costs (the company reimburses only 80%, and you are not allowed to refuel on holidays) all have to be paid upfront by you. This can tie up around 15,000. You also have to prepare expense reports for these costs yourself, and the company may not reimburse you until a month later.

6. The training system is extremely poor. Basically, other employees are expected to teach one another. Sometimes, when there is insufficient staff, employees are sent to assist with procedures without receiving any training at all.

7. Supervisors arrange the daily schedule. Sometimes, even at 10 p.m., you still do not know which hospital you will be working at the next day, which wastes a lot of time. On average, you are also on duty once every two months, and during your duty week you are on call 24 hours a day. However, the overtime pay and allowances are very stingy. It is truly a sweatshop.

In addition, because the owner’s main business is liquor distribution, this company is merely one of its money-making machines. Therefore, they do not care about employees’ physical condition; if you cannot handle it, you are expected to resign. That is why the turnover rate is so high.
