Read the community guidelinesWaiting in the north is really idle with nothing to do
The salary is not high
The supervisor seems to be part of a family business
A very lonely place where no one will look after you
Mostly selfish staff and supervisors
They like to flatter lazy employees.
If you are realistic, you can secure a decent position.
They like to misunderstand their employees.
Newcomers may be deceived when they first join.
Over time, you will come to understand this company.
It is selfish and disregards employees’ rights.
It is also a frightening company that mistakenly thinks its employees are attacking one another.
Many people have been replaced or resigned because the managers and senior leadership are extremely evil and frightening.
There is also a patriarchal-style boss.
It is a family business—scary enough to frighten you to death.

A certain manager's character is truly abysmal.
They constantly go back on their word and have absolutely no integrity.
They are exceptionally skilled at flattering the boss,
but make sarcastic and hurtful remarks to entry-level employees.
They make things difficult at every turn, yet cannot offer a single constructive suggestion.
Don't be fooled by the company's exterior or its location in a prime area.
It is simply a company that has absolutely no respect for its employees.
Unless you're related to someone there, there's really no need to come here and be treated as disposable.

The company is large, but I really can’t vouch for the quality of its products

Violates the Labor Standards Act—the Labor Bureau should come investigate immediately!
They illegally lay off employees, and on top of that, the boss will threaten them.
Long-serving old-timers have extremely poor work abilities, but they are never driven out.
If you are too capable, you will be pushed out.

The long-serving old-timers are all extremely incompetent, but they never get fired.

They say it’s a company with a human touch, but in reality it doesn’t feel that way.
They say being a woman is an advantage in comparison.
That made me feel very uncomfortable.

Constantly getting blamed / cleaning up after others / passing the buck back and forth / taking the fall is an everyday occurrence
None.
There really aren't any.
The company has absolutely no systems in place—none at all, none whatsoever, none whatsoever, because it's important, so I'll say it three times!
The person who interviewed me was the owner, and the supervisor I would later work with was someone else. During the interview, I asked whether the future supervisor would also participate in the subsequent interviews. The owner said no, and that he would not manage the employees either, but would merely “assist” them. In addition, the owner portrayed the company in very flattering terms, saying it was a very “people-oriented” company. But after joining, I discovered that what he called a people-oriented culture was really just a culture of flattery.
After I started, the supervisor the owner said would “assist” new employees not only failed to teach me anything, but also completely ignored me whenever I asked questions or raised issues. The colleagues who sucked up to management naturally pretended to be deaf as well; no one was willing to lend a hand. It is truly a very “people-oriented” company.
Most importantly, everything here is done in a completely chaotic and disorganized manner. The promotional materials that go out are often riddled with typos. Perhaps because the main sales channel is hair salons, and most hair-salon employees do not have a high level of education, this absurd company has been able to survive.
If you are someone with ideas, who wants to gain a sense of accomplishment from your work and continually learn on your own, this job is completely unsuitable for you.
If you are someone without many ideas who simply goes with the flow, is unremarkable in appearance, and has just graduated (yes, attractive people are regarded as a thorn in the side by the scheming supervisor), or if all you care about is getting paid and you are good at flattering people, this company can let you work there until you are old and dead. Once you have worked there for ten years and become a supervisor, you will not have to worry about making mistakes anymore, because I dreamed that someone told me the way this place deals with long-serving employees who frequently make mistakes is to hire lots of cheap newcomers to clean up after them.
Why is “Bad” the only option!? This should really have a “Hell” button.

The company internally seems to be pretty good,
but the counter manager is terrible.
The training is very poorly done.
You even have to cover for the manager when they make mistakes.
The company's directives change constantly.
Anyone considering joining should think twice.
This company only wants obedient robots.
If you have a lot of ideas, you'll feel suffocated there.
You can probably understand by looking at the counters they operate.
