Violates the Labor Standards Act—the Labor Bureau should investigate immediately!
They illegally lay off employees, and on top of that, the boss will threaten them.
The long-serving old-timers are all extremely incompetent, but they never get fired.
If you’re too capable, you’ll be pushed out.
