Pros

As long as you keep the boss’s older sister happy, life will be easier (Does that count as a pro???)

Cons

1. If you don’t keep the boss’s older sister happy, she will bully you. She will constantly complain to the boss about you, and the boss will believe everything she says without verifying it. Are older women all that terrifying..? His sister is the biggest source of trouble.

2. They will add a ton of work after the interview that wasn’t mentioned during it. If you’re good-looking, don’t come—they want free foot models...

3. There are no holiday bonuses and no benefits of any kind. If you travel abroad using your annual leave, you will be bullied when you return, possibly because you took too much time off.

4. Taking menstrual leave will still result in a full day’s pay being deducted. They completely disregard the Labor Standards Act; everything depends on the moods of the boss and his older sister. If they’re in a bad mood, they will relentlessly punish the employees.

5. The boss’s older sister spends her working hours watching TV dramas, but makes employees do this and that, dumping all the work on others...

6. During the interview, the boss said there would be a raise every year. The boss’s older sister said you have to learn new things to get a raise, because she wants to dump the work on someone else.

7. At work, you have to listen to the boss’s older sister brag about her life. I really didn’t want to listen, but I had already been bullied into being afraid. It’s fine—I’m free now. If you’re short on money, you can work here temporarily, because the work isn’t difficult. But the people are really difficult to get along with. Employees who leave this place never want to have any contact with them again, which tells you how badly they’ve failed as people!

Pros

1. You can listen to music at work.

2. You can arrange your own work schedule.

3. You won’t work on the same floor as the boss.

4. It’s a good place for bad employees to stay.

Cons

1. The area is surrounded by factories, so the air quality is poor. There is often dust on the floor, and occasionally there are large cockroaches and huntsman spiders.

2. The boss doesn’t really manage things; the boss’s older sister is in charge instead (she works on the same floor). You have to chat with her. If you don’t chat with her, she gets unhappy, and she becomes irritable when speaking. You are also often emotionally manipulated during conversations. You cannot disagree with what she thinks is right. You have to get along very well with her before you can use your free time to handle personal matters; otherwise, she will let the boss know that you are doing unnecessary things during work hours.

3. It is inconvenient to buy meals.

4. There is a relative who sells perfume in the office. This relative accidentally damaged an employee’s bicycle twice, requiring repairs. The employee provided a normal quotation, but the relative was afraid to go to the bicycle shop to verify that the price was correct. Instead, the relative told everyone in the company that the employee was very good at cheating people out of money, falsely accused the employee, and even joined with all the employees in the building to socially ostracize that employee.

5. Problems with the perfume-selling relative: Drinks in the refrigerator mysteriously get consumed. When meals are ordered, someone has to help bring them inside; if no one does, this person will come out and take the most expensive lunchbox, then pretend not to know what happened afterward. The work area is very dirty and covered with cigarette ash, the floor is littered, and the tables in the photo studio are also dirtied. Three or more people in the office smoke.

6. Problems with the boss: The boss does not like coming to work, handles matters inappropriately, and does not dare communicate privately with employees about their problems, instead only making alarming claims and making assumptions about the situation. The boss does not seriously manage employees but still scolds them and blames many employees for having poor character.

7. The salary is very low, and the year-end bonus is always the same. Holiday bonuses are provided only in the first and second years; afterward, they automatically stop. There are no year-end parties or spring banquets at all.

8. For a period of time, the boss’s older sister came to work very late, and employees in the graphic design position also had to help with orders, without any salary adjustment. The boss pretended nothing was happening.

9. For a period of time, there was only one graphic designer working, with no salary adjustment, and the boss also pretended nothing was happening.

10. At first, employees were allowed to park their bicycles downstairs on the first floor, but later the policy changed and they were told they could no longer park there. The company went back on its word.

11. They talked about growing the company, selling hair accessories, doing livestreams, and so on, but there was no action to be seen. The only thing you could see was that the boss still had not appeared at the company. The boss did not keep their word.

12. After the employee resigned, the company could not find a graphic designer and asked the former employee to take on freelance work at 80% of the market rate, yet still thought they were being ripped off. They benefit from others’ work without understanding its value and have no shame.

13. Good employees are misunderstood as bad employees, and they find ways to drive them away. They really like bad employees.

Pros

Very relaxed; no one monitors your work progress, and once you have nothing left to do, you can do your own things.

Cons

1. The boss and the boss’s older sister will accuse you of baseless offenses for no reason, without checking whether they are true.

2. The boss especially likes employees who flatter him. As long as you do not do what he wants, he will think you are a bad employee.

3. Even after working from home because of a confirmed diagnosis, the boss still thinks you have not done enough.

4. New shoes are uploaded every day, but the boss still thinks you work too slowly.

5. During the interview, they said there would be no make-up workdays, but in practice they deduct it from your salary or compensatory leave. Moreover, this decision was made unilaterally by the boss’s older sister, with no regard for the employees’ opinions.

6. When you ask the boss about something, he does not answer your question and instead gives an irrelevant response.

7. The boss’s older sister watches shows and talks on the phone during work, disturbing others, but if you finish your work and do your own thing—even without disturbing anyone—as long as she sees you, she will report you to the boss. A double standard.
